Jamie, We got our Bigfoot Cat Tree on Tuesday this week. Our 5 month old Kitty SweetPea was all over the box like she knew it was something for her. It was a snap to put together!! We are amazed at this beautiful and well crafted piece of cat furniture! Our SweetPea is really enjoying playing on it and climbs up and down it for hours then goes to her thrown on the very top and naps. I'm sure it will last us a very long time as it is so well crafted unlike many others we have seen. We are turning our back room into a Kitty only room and this was our first purchase for our Sweetpea's room. Hello Playtime: I just wanted to let you know that I received the Katimanjaro. OMGosh! What a beautiful piece of furniture! I have been sick with pneumonia for the past week and my Exotic Shorthair kittens, Vanna and Seger, have been keeping me company while I have been confined to my bedroom. It was so nice to have such a lovely new condo for them to have for being so loyal and comforting to me. My daughter's boyfriend assembled it for them in no time. They were both crawling all over the pieces before it was put together. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the quality and workmanship that you put into your product. I haven't seen any condo's or trees ANYWHERE that come close to the quality that you produce. And the casters that you put on my unit were exactly what I wanted. I think that the best feature that you have is that my cats will be SAFE. That is the most important detail that I think other cat gym/condo/tree manufacturers are lacking. Jamie, this may be the first unit that I have purchased from you, but I can guarantee you that it will not be the last. We have some renovations to do in our home this year and after that is done, there will be another condo (or two) for our babies. You have a five star product and I will definitely be telling anyone that asks who to contact. They can't help but notice it, it is right in our living room and as soon as you walk in, there it is. We live on the Cheboygan River and the condo is right in front of the windows that overlook the water as well as having several bird feeders to keep our kittens occupied. I was amazed by the quality of the Cat furniture and even several months later the cat condo still looks new. I have two new Cats that hang on it like tarzan and not once have I seen it rock. Wow! The cats and I received the Zebra Cat Gym today; I was working in the yard and Fed Ex arrived .The delivery man was so happy that I was home to receive the weighty package. Stan is loving the CAT FURNITURE! I purchased the Katimanjaro. It's large, beautiful and functional. I'm glad it is so sturdy because the two cats hit it hard. They are all over that thing, dashing, jumping, chasing each other in and out of the Cat Tree houses and holes, finally running out of room at the very tip top. They use it all. I bought the Zebra Gym Cat Condo and I wanted to let you know that our cats love it! I was uneasy ordering it online without seeing it in person or without knowing your company, but when it came, I knew I had bought a quality piece of Cat Furniture. When I was putting it together the cats were already trying to climb it. They are a year old now, and still climb it, play on it, and sleep on it. They love for me to hide nibbles of hard food in the trays and other places on it on it so that they can climb all over looking. It's heavy and stable and was easy to put together. We received the Bigfoot Cat Condo yesterday, and I wanted to tell you how much my cats are enjoying this great furniture. They have been busy climbing it, Scratching on it, playing with the hanging toys, chasing each other through the entry ways, and sleeping on it. What a piece of furniture They just seem delighted with it.

I also wanted to thank you for making it so easy to assemble. I am the least handy person ever, but I had no problems putting the Tree together (except for keeping the cats off of thr Tree while I worked).

Our Sleepy Hollow Cat Tree arrived today. It was very easy to put together even though I had unsolicited help from two kitties batting at various parts and crawling all over me and the tree as I put it together.

This is the best quality cat tree I have ever seen. I like the fact that it can be disassembled. We are military and move every two years. This will definitely survive many moves.

The assembly on the Katimanjaro cat tree was so simple and I barely got the box off before both of my cats were all over the individual pieces of Furniture. Do you use some type of liver scented carpeting? They have already made it worth the cost of this purchase in less than 12 hours. THEY LOVE IT.
